Chris Regan likes soup. He likes it so much he'll even have it for breakfast. Who the hell has soup for breakfast anyway? The next two likes on his list are Photography and Cycling. Chris Regan began practicing Photography in 2010. He was first introduced to it in High School. Cycling is Chris' other passion (apart from eating soup) and it compliments Photography quite well. He recently landed in Chicago. Since relocating he has been building up a study on urban settings from a fresh perspective. Riding a bike gives a unique vantage point into the nooks and alleys of the urban setting. Mountain bike racing prepared him for moving through this fast paced city while keeping an eye out for moments to be captured through the lens, going with the flow while not neglecting to observe small environmental details.
Chris landed a wrenching job at a local bike shop to keep his hands nimble, and pay the way. He also helps out a local tavern to fill in the gaps. The rest, and most important, of his time is spent making film observations that the bulk of humanity allows to slip away.
